Fulford Village Study Group

Present: John Rowlandson, John Moore, Vera Robinson, Bruce Patterson, Larry Woods, George Ehring (Trustee), Peter Lamb (Trustee), Gary Holman (CRD).

 

1)    George and Peter welcomed group members, introduced the terms of reference (TOR), outlined the major issues at hand and offered the Trust’s assistance in our efforts.  They will be our link to the Trust and will seek to get us any resources needed.

2)    The members of the group introduced themselves, their areas of expertise and their areas of interest.

3)    There was a discussion of whether or not the members of the group wished to invite some or all of those people who had also offered to serve to participate in some way.  Interaction with the broader community was also discussed.  It was agreed by consensus that each core group member would seek an alternate/proxy, that we would invite those who had offered to serve to participate in meetings as community resource people, and that ads would be placed in the Driftwood announcing future meetings to the public.

4)    The next meeting was set for 8-10 am on 18 Feb 08.
